From non-surgical skin tightening to thread lifts — understanding what each approach can and cannot do.
Not every patient who wants a "face lift" needs surgery. At Gomti Clinic, we assess facial laxity and recommend the appropriate level of intervention:
Best for: Early signs of sagging (mild jowling, loose neck skin, loss of jawline definition) in patients aged 30–50
Limitations: Non-surgical options produce subtle improvement. If you have significant sagging, the result won't match a surgical outcome.
Best for: Moderate sagging with some skin elasticity remaining. Ages 35–55. Provides a visible but not dramatic lift.
Limitations: Thread lifts are not mini-facelifts. They provide modest improvement. They're not suitable for patients with very heavy or very lax skin.
For significant facial sagging that non-surgical options cannot adequately address, we provide referral coordination with trusted plastic surgeons in Lucknow. We believe in staying within our scope rather than performing procedures outside our specialty.
