Step 1: Registration (5 minutes)

Basic information — name, contact, primary concern. Quick and straightforward.

Step 2: Consultation with Dr. Ankita (15–25 minutes)

This is not a rushed 3-minute interaction. The consultation includes:

Detailed discussion of your skin/hair concern and history
Clinical examination under proper lighting
Questions about your lifestyle, water quality at home, sun exposure patterns, and previous treatments
Diagnosis with severity grading (if applicable)
Treatment options explained with expected timelines and costs

Step 3: Treatment Plan Discussion

If treatment is needed, you'll receive:

Clear explanation of what's being recommended and why
Number of sessions estimated
Cost per session and total investment range
What results to realistically expect
Home care instructions

You are never pressured to start treatment on the same day. Many patients prefer to go home, think it over, and return when ready.

Step 4: Procedure (if same-day, optional)

For treatments that can start immediately (chemical peels, HydraFacial, medication-based plans), you can begin on the same visit if you choose. Laser and PRP sessions are typically scheduled for a separate appointment to allow proper preparation.
